Love the song, Love the workout!

So that classes stay fresh and you continue to love your workout, Instructors receive dance fitness routines choreographed to the latest music by Judi Sheppard Missett every 10 weeks.
We'll give you a fabulous workout to a variety of music, including Grammy hits, Rock, Country, R&B, Pop, Latin, Adult Contemporary, Independent, and Jazz.
With over 150 routines a year set to all types of music, there's always something for everyone...Chances are, like most of us, you'll find yourself doing Jazzercise moves when you're out and about and hear one of these songs playing!





Set R4-09

It is “Brand New Day” (Georgie Porgie), so don’t “Evacuate The Dancefloor” (Cascada) and “Shutdown” (D-System) just yet. With these new songs, you will be “Beggin’” (Madcon) and saying, “Take Me On The Floor” (The Veronicas).

Set R3-09

We are doing it “All Over Again” (Hold On To Peace), so “Reset” (Motor B) yourself and be grateful you are “Rockin In The Free World” (Electric Pulse). It is Summer and “Everybody’s On The Move”(Basia), so don’t “Cue The Rain” (Queen Latifah) just yet. Do your “Warrior’s Dance (The Prodigy) and “Push It Fergasonic” (Fergie, Salt N’ Pepa, JJ Fad) to “10/10” (Paolo Nutini), “Beautiful Mess” (Swing Out Sister), “Complicated Shadows” (Elvis Costello), and “Love, Sex, Magic” (Ciara). Don’t we miss Michael? Then you have to “Shake Your Body (Down To The Ground)” (Jacksons).
